Automatic Gates Construction case study
Showing customers there's more than gates behind the name
Automatic gates are only part of what Automatic Gates Construction does, and the name doesn't tell customers about the rest. On an earlier website project, we sorted the company's own project photos into gates, access control and traffic barriers so the full range was easy to see.

The problem
Automatic Gates Construction, based in Bartlett, installs automatic gates, access control and traffic control barrier systems. The website wasn’t bringing in the leads it should have, and it didn’t show off the range of work the crews do. They wanted a site that did both.
What we did
On an earlier website project, we grouped the gallery into Automatic Gates, Access Control and Traffic Control Barrier Systems, using photos the client picked. The homepage slideshow got slowed down so people have time to read the text. We also updated the messaging about the company’s experience and local ownership and put the client’s own photos on the About page.
After launch, we changed who receives contact-form messages and personalized the email people get after they send an inquiry.
What changed
Customers can browse the company’s work sorted by the kind of job, and the access-control and barrier projects get noticed alongside the gates. Inquiries go to the people who should see them, and whoever sent one gets a personalized email back.
