Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026.
This policy explains what LAB Digital Creative, LLC (“LAB,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use labdigitalcreative.com, call us, or text us, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@labdigitalcreative.com or call 901-522-5002.
Who we are
LAB Digital Creative, LLC is a digital marketing agency at 40 S Main St, Suite 1552, Memphis, TN 38103, with a second office at 25 North Market Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, company, website, what you need help with, your message, and whether you'd like a free video review of your site. If you call, email or text us, we keep a record of that conversation.
What your browser sends automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site that sent you here. We use cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager), Meta (the Meta Pixel), Hotjar and Leadinfo to do this.
How we use it
- To answer your note, give you a quote and follow up about the project you asked about.
- To do the work if you become a client, and to send the reports and updates that go with it.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site, so we can improve both.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent our contact list to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their part:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) is our CRM. Form submissions and texts are kept there so we can follow up. It may also show you a tracking phone number so we can tell which ad or page led to your call.
- Google provides website analytics.
- Meta measures how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform.
- Google Ads measures how our search ads perform.
- Hotjar records anonymized page interactions, like clicks and scrolling, so we can see where the site is confusing. It doesn't record what you type into forms.
- Leadinfo looks up the company behind a business IP address so we know which businesses visit the site. It doesn't identify individual people.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, your project, pricing and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our messaging terms for more.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or tell us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we're working together or might reasonably follow up, and longer when tax, accounting or legal rules require it. Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Meta's retention settings.
Your requests
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@labdigitalcreative.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Some records we may need to keep for legal or accounting reasons, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and we limit access to lead and client records to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or payment details through our contact forms.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Other websites
Our case studies and blog link to client and partner sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
