Introducing a new cybersecurity firm without the hacker clichés
Industry pagesTailored Staffing case study
Krista Brown built Tailored Staffing on individual attention, and the brand needed to show that to employers and job seekers from the first look. We created a warm identity and a website that works for both sides.

After working at a larger staffing agency, Krista Brown founded Tailored Staffing in Savannah, Georgia. A brand-new company needed everything: a brand that showed its personal approach and a website that brought in both employers and job seekers.
We kept the look friendly and approachable, because the whole business starts with a conversation. The logo pairs a T-shaped form with a star. On the site, employers can read about the approach, while candidates can explore openings in a homepage accordion and learn about the training. Branded pens and USB drives carry the identity into real meetings.
Tailored Staffing uses one identity everywhere, from the website to the pens on the table. Employers and candidates each find their own information on the same site, and the personal approach comes through before anyone picks up the phone.
My favorite thing is that they were able to take my vision for my company and make it a reality for me.
